Winter Market at Horsefeathers Will See Much Activity This Weekend | Events

The Winter Market at Horsefeathers, located at 346 Connecticut St. on Buffalo’s West Side, continues its successful run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays through May 4.
The market offers a wide variety of local food vendors selling everything from bread, spices, cheese, coffee, biscotti, cupcakes, cookies and eggs to vegetables, fruits, pasta, salsa, dumplings, meat and wine. Customers will also find homemade soaps, all-natural dog treats and much more. Representatives of the Wellness Institute of Greater Buffalo will be on hand this Saturday, April 20, with plenty of helpful health information.
The public is also invited to stop in and celebrate the grand opening of Martin Cooks @ The Horsefeathers Building from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 21. The event will feature food tastings, cash beer and wine service, music by David Kane and artwork by Max Collins.
The Frizlen Group Architects of Buffalo is spearheading the renovation project of the historic Horsefeathers Building. The award-winning firm is well-known for its green urban restoration projects and has previously completed several major renovation projects in Buffalo.
