If you’ve ever visited the Elmwood-Bidwell, Williamsville, Hamburg or East Aurora farmers’ markets, or the Winter Market at Horsefeathers on Buffalo’s West Side, you’re probably familiar with the delicious, locally produced pasta and sauce carrying The Pasta Peddler label.

In fact, countless Western New Yorkers are now very familiar with the product, which caused owners Eric Amodeo and Michael Sedia to recently move their basement pasta-making operation into the recently renovated Horsefeathers Market & Residences at 346 Connecticut St.

“Many of the over 60,000 veterans in Erie County are avid golfers,” said Clerk Jacobs. “With the tough financial times and many vets on fixed incomes, even a small discount for veterans could go a long way to allow our vets to keep swinging their clubs.”
