Clerk’s Office provides convenience for travelers

Erie County, NY- As a service to Erie County residents, County Clerk Chris Jacobs is reminding travelers that his office is offering additional “Passports on the Move” outreach events the second Tuesday of every month. The next event will be held on Tuesday, December 10th, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Erie County Auto Bureau, located in the Northtown Plaza, 3095 Sheridan Drive in Amherst.

“The Clerk’s Office is pleased to make this service available in order to meet the growing demand for passports,” said County Clerk Jacobs. “I want to make County government more customer-centered, including offering convenient alternatives for our customers to obtain passports.”

The popular Winter Market at Horsefeathers is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays through May 3 and occupies portions of the first floor and lower level of the Horsefeathers Market & Residences, located at 346 Connecticut St. on Buffalo’s West Side.

The market features farm-fresh produce as well as hand-crafted and locally produced products from approximately 20 vendors. Guests of the market can also become better acquainted with the establishment’s permanent businesses, including The Pasta Peddler, Blackbird Sweets, Jolie’s Traditional Chinese, Chow Chocolat and Martin Cooks restaurant.
