A Must Stop-In Cafe: 2nd Cup Cafe

A Must Stop-In Cafe: 2nd Cup Cafe

As a downtown dweller and coffee lover, one place I highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing and unique place to chill, is the 2nd. Cup Cafe. Located at 36 Broadway across from the main Library, this locally owned business is brought to you by the same creators of EMTea Cup on Oak Grove ST. It's owners, Kat and Will Tyler are very interactive with it's customers, which is why they know exactly what their customers want when it comes to their menue selection.

It's menu offers a wide variety of wraps, just about all flavors of smoothies, desserts, breakfast (all day), espresso, assortments of teas, and even 'grown up' drinks' with proper ID, definitely gives it a more European feel. So, when you've had a tough day at the office or just want to chill one afternoon, stop by and have a glass of wine or a mixed drink while reading the paper or take advantage of the free Wi-Fi with your laptop.

It’s been a winding path that has brought Dong to West Seneca – twice – in his young life. Dong, who moved to the United States from China when he was 15 and spoke no English, worked in various industries and places before he opened the sushi and hibachi grill establishment in December.

He began his American education as a student in the English as a Second Language program at West Seneca East Senior High School, an experience that became his foundation for his life in the U.S.
