The Ultimate Holiday Shopping Experience Begins with Christmas in the Country

The Ultimate Holiday Shopping Experience Begins with Christmas in the Country

A grand Western New York tradition like no other, the Christmas in the Country Holiday Artisan Market will celebrate its 32nd season when it returns to the Hamburg Fairgrounds Nov. 3-6. Patrons will discover over 400 artisans spread out over five buildings, numerous food trucks for dining and the addition of “The Tavern” featuring craft beverages and spirits. Patrons can connect and interact with the creators of the countless product lines at the event.

Once again this year, Christmas in the Country will offer complimentary return passes so patrons can enjoy the sights, sounds and scents of this one-of-a-kind shopping experience all weekend long. “We have always felt our patrons needed more than just one day to properly enjoy this event,” said Daniel Kaczynski of Premier Promotions, organizers of the event. “Now everyone has the opportunity to come back as much as they would like at no additional cost.”

“Buffalonia,” a celebration of our city, its heritage and the great work that is accomplished when all members of the community come together to fill a need, will take place at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21 at 500 Seneca St., Buffalo. As the annual fundraising event for the Matt Urban Human Services Center, Buffalonia helps support programs and initiatives offered to more than 21,000 Buffalo residents each year.

The center is named after the most decorated war veteran in American history, a WWII hero born and raised in Buffalo’s Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood. The mission of the Matt Urban Center is to provide programs that revitalize neighborhoods, serve families and change lives. The center serves all members of the community, from infants and seniors to homeowners and the homeless.
