Former NASCAR driver Richard Childress, owner of Richard Childress Racing, will join an impressive lineup of athletes slated to appear at the Buffalo Auto Show, taking place Feb. 6-9 at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.

Childress will sign autographs for Auto Show visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7. He joins a lineup of previously announced guests including Baseball Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson, Buffalo Braves basketball great Ernie DiGregorio and the legendary Buffalo Bills “Electric Company.” 

DiGregorio, named the NBA’s Rookie of the Year in 1973-74 while a member of the Buffalo Braves, will also sign autographs from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7. 

Jackson, known as “Mr. October” for his post-season hitting heroics with the Oakland A’s and New York Yankees, will sign autographs (for a fee) for fans at the Buffalo Auto Show from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8. 

Buffalo Bills legends scheduled to appear and sign autographs (for a fee) from noon to 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, include Joe Ferguson, Joe DeLamielleure, Reggie McKenzie, Mike Montler, Donnie Green, Paul Seymour and J.D. Hill.

Presented by the Niagara Frontier Automobile Dealers Association, the Buffalo Auto Show is Western New York’s premier automotive event featuring the most current cars, trucks, convertibles and minivans available on today’s market. The four-day event will also feature numerous concept and specialty cars, including the Lotus Evora, Corvette Stingray Coupe and Jaguar F Type Coupe.

Anyone attending the Buffalo Auto Show during DiGregorio’s appearance will be entitled to one free autograph from the former Buffalo Brave; additional autographs will be available for $5 each. Tickets for an autograph from members of the Electric Company will be available for just $10 per player, while Jackson autographs will start at $89.
