Congratulations to the Winner of WGRZ's 2011 Home for the Holidays Contest

Congratulations to Beverly Zambito of 18 Lorna Lane Court in Tonawanda who was voted the grand prize winner.

The grand prize winner was selected from more than 120 entries that were received.

A total of 5,462 votes were cast.

Eric Nagel, 119 Knowlton Avenue, Kenmore - "Our display has grown so big has grown so big it now spills over onto my neighbors’ houses."

Beverly Zambito, 18 Lorna Lane Court, Tonawanda - “This year we are celebrating being one year cancer free so we even added a cancer survivor angel to our collection."

Paul Crego, 54 Maple Street, Lockport - "After 20 years, I made the switch to LED last year and that has made a big difference in my electric bill."

James Jozwiak, 14048 Mill Street, Springville - "Originally designed the display for my wife who was sick and unable to see all the decorated houses … now she’s better but the computer-controlled display keeps growing."

Michael Bojanowski, 65 Newberry Lane, Lancaster - "A full-time college student who also works at a local country club, I still found time to put up this display."

Paul Deck, 24 Northwood Drive, Tonawanda - "90% of our display is homemade. We cut out and paint almost all of our decorations and every year it changes."

Bill Gallo, 9 Peachtree Court, Lancaster - "Modeled my design on the lights in Disneyworld, but what really makes my display special is the feeling of joy I receive when seeing the many cars stop in front of the house."

Robert LaForce, 42 Temple Drive, Cheektowaga - “Every square inch of our front yard is covered in holiday decorations, as well as our front window with our very own mini version of AM&A's animated winter wonderland.”
