West Seneca West HS Presents Fall Play, Dinner Theater Event

Are you looking for a way to introduce your family to the theater arts, laugh out loud, be serenaded by the soulful sounds of jazz and sit down to a home-cooked meal all for the unbelievably low price of a $15 each?

Look no further than West Seneca West Senior High’s fall play, “Francine’s Will!” And, for an even better bargain, bring a friend and purchase two tickets for the price of $25!

In this family-friendly show, a wealthy businesswoman, Francine Faraday, dies and leaves the bulk of her estate to her longtime companion, H.P. Manly. The loyal members of her staff are thrilled, but her money-hungry relatives are furious. Though the will is ironclad, the relatives discover that they can inherit Francine’s fortune if H.P. dies of “natural causes.” As the family plots H.P.’s demise, the staff take steps to protect him, resulting in plots, counterplots and mixed up romances aplenty.

The dinner theater will include a meal prepared by West Seneca Advanced Foods students, accompanied by music from the West Senior Jazz Ensemble, followed by a night of theater. The dinner theater package will be available only for Friday, Nov. 2. Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. A $15 ticket includes the meal and show, by reservation only.

The dinner menu will feature:

-mixed greens salad with homemade dressing

-penne pasta carbonara

-smashed redskin potatoes

-pan-seared chicken breast in a light tomato sauce

-seasonal side vegetable

-apple crisp with whipped cream
