BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The Trocaire College Distinguished Alumni Speaker Series will feature guest lecturer, Dr. Richard Linn, Dean of Planning, Assessment & Research at Trocaire.  Dr. Linn’s presentation will address “Alzheimer’s Disease: When Does it Begin and Can it Be Prevented?”  Joining Dr. Linn will be Leilani Pelletier, Executive Director of the WNY Alzheimer’s Association.  

The lecture takes place Thursday, October 28, 6:30 p.m., at Trocaire College Main Campus, 360 Choate Avenue (behind Mercy Hospital).

Trocaire College, founded in 1958 by the Sisters of Mercy of Buffalo, is a private college with a strong liberal arts core offering associate and baccalaureate degrees as well as certificate programs in hospitality, business, health care and technology.  Trocaire’s extension center, The Russell J. Salvatore School of Hospitality & Business, offers courses in hospitality, business, dietetic technology, human resource and computer networking.
